Fouquieres-les-Bethune is a French commune with 1,060 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Béthune and the canton of Nœux-les-Mines (until 2015: Canton of Béthune-Sud ) and is a member of the Béthune-Bruay community of Artois-Lys Romane .

Fouquières-lès-Béthune is located about three kilometers southwest of the city center of Béthune . Fouquières-lès-Béthune is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fouquereuil in the north and northwest, Béthune in the east and northeast, Vaudricourt in the south, Hesdigneul-lès-Béthune in the southwest and Gosnay in the west.

The A26 autoroute runs through the municipality.
