Mont-Bernanchon is located about seven kilometers north-northwest of Béthune on the Canal d'Aire . Mont-Bernanchon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Calonne-sur-la-Lys in the north and north-east, Hinges in the east and south-east, Gonnehem in the south and south-west and Robecq in the west and north-west.
