Ferfay is about 15 kilometers west of the city center of Béthune . Ferfay is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ames in the north and northwest, Lillers in the northeast, Burbure in the east and northeast, Auchel in the east and southeast, Cauchy-à-la-Tour in the south and southeast, Floringhem in the south, Aumerval in the southwest and Amettes in the West and northwest.
