The Canton of Aubigny-en-Artois is a former until 2015 existing French constituency in Arrondissement of Arras , in the Pas-de-Calais and in the region of Hauts-de-France ; its capital was Aubigny-en-Artois . From 1994 Jean-Michel Desailly was the representative in the General Council of the Département.
