The canton of Douvrin is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Béthune , in the department of Pas-de-Calais and in the region of Hauts-de-France . Its main town is Douvrin . Frédéric Wallet ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2011 .
