Villers-au-Bois is a commune in the French Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . There it belongs to the canton of Bully-les-Mines (until 2015: Canton Vimy ) in the Arrondissement of Lens (until 2015: Arrondissement of Arras ). The inhabitants are called baudets .

Villers-au-Bois is about 15 kilometers west-southwest of Arras and borders Gouy-Servins in the north, Carency in the north and east, Mont-Saint-Éloi in the south and south-east, Acq in the south, Camblain-l'Abbé in the west and Servins in the north-west.
