Kemal Güven

Kemal Güven (* 1921 in Erzincan ; † July 10, 2013 in Ankara ) was a Turkish politician.

Güven graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University . Then he worked as a prosecutor. He was elected MP for the Kars Province in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in the 1954, 1957 and 1961 parliamentary elections. Between 1965 and 1969 Güven worked again as a public prosecutor. In 1969 he was re-elected a member of the Kars Province. Between 1973 and 1977 he was President of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Between 1977 and September 12, 1980 he was again a member of parliament.
