Keyvan Andres Soori (born March 8, 2000 in Cologne ) is a German automobile racing driver . He has been competing in the European Formula 3 championship since 2017 .

Career

Andres Soori began his motorsport career in karting in 2011 , where he remained active until 2013. In winter 2012/13 he made his debut in North American formula racing and took part in the Skip Barber Formula 2000 winter series. After the 40th overall place in the winter series, he finished eleventh in the summer championship with a win. In the winter of 2013/14 he again took part in the Skip Barber Formula 2000 winter series and achieved overall victory.

In 2014 Andres Soori switched to professional North American formula racing and received a cockpit in the US F2000 National Championship at Cape Motorsports w / Wayne Taylor Racing and ended his debut season in 16th place overall. In 2015 Andres Soori stayed in the US F2000 National Championship and started for ArmsUp Motorsports . He was 15th in the winter series and improved in the main series to eleventh place in the overall classification. He also drove a few races in the Atlantic Championship for K-Hill Motorsports . With five wins, he was fifth overall.

In 2016 Andres Soori switched to European formula racing and competed for Carlin Motorsport in the Euroformula Open . He finished the season in twelfth place in the drivers' championship. He also took part in the Macau Grand Prix for Mücke Motorsport . At the beginning of 2017, Andres Soori competed in the Toyota Racing Series for Giles Motorsport in New Zealand and achieved eleventh place overall. Andres Soori then competed for Motopark in the European Formula 3 championship in 2017 . In 2018 he will compete in the European Formula 3 championship again, this time with Van Amersfoort Racing .
