Druelle Balsac is a French commune in the department of Aveyron in the region Occitania . It belongs to the canton of Vallon in the arrondissement of Rodez .

It was created by a decree of September 6, 2016 with effect from January 1, 2017 as Commune nouvelle , by merging the previous municipalities of Druelle and Balsac . Since then, these have been Communes déléguées . Druelle is the main town (chief lieu).

Neighboring municipalities are Clairvaux-d'Aveyron in the west, Valady in the north, Salles-la-Source and Onet-le-Château in the northeast, Rodez and Olemps in the east and Luc-la-Primaube , Baraqueville and Moyrazès in the south.
