Saint-Saturnin-de-Lenne ( Occitan : Sent Adornin ) is a French commune with 295 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Rodez and the canton of Tarn et Causses ( Campagnac until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Saturninois .
geography
Saint-Saturnin-de-Lenne is located in the valley of the Lot River in the south of the Massif Central , between the Causse de Sévérac plateau in the south and the Aubrac in the north. The landscape around is also called Pays d'Olt . The municipality is part of the Grands Causses Regional Nature Park . Saint-Saturnin-de-Lenne is surrounded by the neighboring communities
- La Capelle-Bonance in the north,
- Campagnac in the east,
- Sévérac d'Aveyron with Lapanouse in the south and Buzeins in the south and south-west,
- Saint-Martin-de-Lenne to the west,
- Saint Geniez d'Olt et d'Aubrac in the north-west.
The station in the municipality is served by trains on the Béziers – Neussargues line.
