Campouriez ( Occitan : Camporiès ) is a place and a municipality in the south of France with 350 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region . Campouriez is part of the arrondissement of Rodez and the canton of Aubrac et Carladez (until 2015: canton of Saint-Amans-des-Cots ). The inhabitants are called Campouriézois .
location
Campouriez is about 51 kilometers north-northeast of Rodez . The Truyère flows along the northern and western municipal boundaries . Campouriez is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Hippolyte in the north, Montézic in the north and northeast, Saint-Amans-des-Cots in the east, Florentin-la-Capelle in the south and southeast and Entraygues-sur-Truyère in the south and west.
