Cassuéjouls ( Occitan Cassuèjols ) is a French commune with 108 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department of the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Rodez and the canton of Aubrac et Carladez (until 2015 Laguiole ). The inhabitants are called Cassuéjouliens .

Cassuéjouls is located about 45 kilometers north-northeast of Rodez in the Aubrac landscape in the Massif Central . Cassuéjouls is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Argences en Aubrac in the north, west and east, Laguiole in the south and south-east, Soulages-Bonneval in the south and south-west and Huparlac in the west and south-west.
