Saint-Symphorien-de-Thénières ( Occitan : Sant Aforian ) is a place and a municipality in the south of France with 211 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region . Saint-Symphorien-de-Thénières is part of the arrondissement of Rodez and the canton of Aubrac et Carladez (until 2015: canton of Saint-Amans-des-Cots ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Symphoriénois .
