Le Fel ( Occitan : Lo Fèl ) is a French commune with 176 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron département in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs administratively to the Arrondissement of Rodez and is part of the canton of Lot et Truyère ( Estaing until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Espeyracois .

geography

Le Fel is about 33 kilometers north-northwest of Rodez . The Lot delimits the community in the south. Le Fel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montsalvy in the north and west, Saint-Hippolyte in the north-east, Entraygues-sur-Truyère in the east and south-east, Espeyrac in the south, Sénergues in the south and south-west and Vieillevie in the west and south-west.
