Lüttchenseyda is a district of the town of Jessen (Elster) in the Wittenberg district of Saxony-Anhalt .

Location and accessibility

Lüttchenseyda is about 9 km north-northwest of the city of Jessen and is connected to it via the B 187 and L 37.

Lüttchenseyda was first mentioned in documents in 1385. On July 1, 1950, Lüttchenseyda was incorporated into the Gentha community .

Due to the declining population, the Lüttchenseydas kindergarten was closed in 1995. The building has since been used as a village community center.
