La Década Prodigiosa

La Década Prodigiosa is a Spanish pop group that was founded in 1985.

Career

The concept for the first albums was to present Spanish songs from the 1960s in a modern guise. A handful of musicians were always joined by four or five singers in constantly changing line-ups. The group was selected by TVE to represent Spain at the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin . One of her first own compositions, the pop song Made in Spain , then landed at number eleven.

The group has also published its own pieces since the 1990s. The group won the 2006 international song festival in Benidorm with the title A ti .
