Serafín Zubiri (* 20th April 1964 in Pamplona as Serafín Lizoain Vidonto ) is a Spanish singer , pianist and composer . He has been blind since birth.

He went to a special school for the blind in Madrid . In 1987 he started his solo career. Outside of Spain, Serafín Zubiri gained notoriety with his two participations in the Eurovision Song Contest . In 1992 he represented Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö . In Sweden he reached 14th place out of 23 participants with his song Todo esto es la música (German “That's all music”). In 2000 he again represented Spain in the competition , this time in Stockholm . Colgado de un sueño only reached 18th place out of 24 participants.

In 2006, Zubiri took part in the Spanish version of Let's Dance , ¡Mira quién baila ! ,.
