Go TNT

Los TNT was a Uruguayan rock 'n' roll band, consisting of the siblings T im (* 1936), N elly (* 1941) and T ony Croatto (1939-2005). The family emigrated from Udine, Italy to La Paz in 1946 , then to Montevideo in 1953 , where the band was founded.

After moving to Buenos Aires , Argentina in 1959 , the group was discovered by RCA Records . Their first single Eso, Eso, Eso was an instant hit across South America, with two albums following. In 1962 the band moved to Spain to work with the Belter label . You were selected by the TVE broadcaster to represent Spain at the 1964 Eurovision Grand Prix . They reached twelfth place with the ballad Caracola . Due to insufficient success in Spain, the group went back to Argentina. In 1966 there was a separation, Nelly and Tony made music as the duo Nelly y Tony until 1974 .
