Launay-Villiers is about 25 kilometers west-northwest of Laval . The Vicoin limits the municipality to the west. Launay-Villiers is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Bourgon in the north and west, Le Bourgneuf-la-Forêt in the north and east, Port-Brillet in the south-east and Saint-Pierre-la-Cour in the south.
