Port-Brillet is about 19 kilometers west-northwest of Laval . The Vicoin limits the community to the south and west. Port-Brillet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Bourgneuf-la-Forêt in the north, Saint-Ouën-des-Toits in the north-east, Olivet in the east, La Brûlatte in the south, Saint-Pierre-la-Cour in the west and south-west and Launay- Villiers to the west.
