List of Portuguese ambassadors in Israel

The list of Portuguese ambassadors in Israel lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in Israel . The two states have had direct diplomatic relations since May 12, 1977. On August 5, 1988 , the first Portuguese ambassador to Israel was accredited by the representative of Portugal with his official seat in Rome.

The Portuguese embassy in Tel Aviv started its work on July 21, 1991. It is located on Daniel Frisch St., house number 3.

There are also two Portuguese honorary consulates in Israel , one in Haifa and one in Tel Aviv.
