List of Portuguese ambassadors in Cyprus

The list of Portuguese ambassadors in Cyprus lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in Cyprus . The two countries have had direct diplomatic relations since 1975.

On January 16, 1976 , the first Portuguese representative in Cyprus was accredited in Nicosia . The country continued to belong to the administrative district of the Portuguese embassy in Italy until the Portuguese embassy opened in Nicosia in 2005.
