Parné-sur-Roc is a French commune with 1,348 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Mayenne in the region Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Laval and the canton L'Huisserie (until 2015: Canton Argentré ). The inhabitants are called Parnéens .
geography
Parné-sur-Roc is located on the Ouette , about eight kilometers south-east of Laval . Parné-sur-Roc is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bonchamp-lès-Laval in the north, Louvigné in the northeast, Bazougers in the east, Arquenay in the southeast, Maisoncelles-du-Maine in the south, Entrammes in the west and Forcé in the northwest.
