Loiron-Ruillé is a French commune with a population of 2,667 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Mayenne in the region Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of Laval and the canton of Loiron .
Geographical location
Loiron-Ruillé is about 16 kilometers west-southwest of Laval . In the northeast the Vicoin limits the community. Loiron-Ruillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Brûlatte in the north, Le Genest-Saint-Isle in the north and northeast, Saint-Berthevin in the east, Ahuillé in the east and southeast, Montjean in the south, and Saint-Cyr-le-Gravelais in the west as well La Gravelle in the northwest.

On January 1, 2016, the municipality was formed as Commune nouvelle from the previously independent municipalities of Loiron and Ruillé-le-Gravelais .
