Limbadi is a southern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3478 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Vibo Valentia in Calabria . The municipality is located about 17 kilometers southwest of Vibo Valentia . It is about 5 kilometers to the west to the Tyrrhenian Sea . Limbadi borders directly on the metropolitan city of Reggio Calabria .
