List of the mountains of the Tannheimer Group
This list includes the most important mountains of the Tannheim Mountains group in the Allgäu Alps . The mountains are delimited in the north, south ( Tannheimer Tal ) and west by the Vils and in the east by the Lech .
Legend
- No .: Ranking of the peaks. The peaks are ordered according to height.
- Name : Name used in literature.
- Height : Height of the summit in meters. Depending on the location at sea level (Germany) or meters above the Adriatic Sea (Austria).
- Valley location : Assignment to the valley location from which an ascent is typically made.
- Location : State in which the summit is located.
- Schartenhöhe : The notch height is the difference in height between the summit height and the highest notch , up to which you have to descend at least in order to reach a higher peak. Specified in meters with reference point.
- Dominance : The dominance describes the radius of the area that the mountain towers over. Specified in kilometers with a reference point (rounded to 100 meters according to mathematical rules).
