Bernd Schröder is the most successful master coach with six titles.

The list of master coaches in the women's Bundesliga includes all coaches who have led their respective teams to a championship in the women's Bundesliga . The women's Bundesliga is the top division in German women's football and started playing in 1990. Since then, ten coaches, all of them German citizens, have won 27 championship titles.

The most successful coach in Bundesliga history is Bernd Schröder with six championships ahead of Monika Staab and Hans-Jürgen Tritschoks with four championship titles each. Gerd Neuser was the first master coach in 1991 and managed to defend his title in the following season. Monika Staab was the first master coach in 1999 and between 2001 and 2003 she achieved three championship titles in a row. Bernd Schröder was the only trainer to date to become champion in both the GDR and the Federal Republic . The only master coach with two clubs was Hans-Jürgen Tritschoks. The current master trainer is Stephan Lerch .
