List of historic vehicles in the Cité de l'Automobile from the collection of the Fritz and Hans Schlumpf brothers , located in Mulhouse in Alsace , France .
The collection has around 500 vehicles with a focus on the early days of automobile construction. This also includes one of the most extensive Bugatti collections with around 87 exhibits.
431 vehicles from the Schlumpf Collection have been protected as Monuments historiques since 1978 ; more vehicles were later placed under protection.
