Loužnice (German Louschnitz , also Louznitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located eight kilometers southeast of Jablonec nad Nisou and belongs to the Okres Jablonec nad Nisou .

The place is located in the Jizera Mountains in the valley of the Kopaňský brook . State road 10 / European route 65 from Turnov to Harrachov runs through Loužnice .
Neighboring towns are Kopaň and Zásada in the north, Držkov in the northeast, Radčice and Jílové u Držkova in the southeast, Jirkov and Železný Brod in the south, Těpeře, Dupanda and Chlístov in the southwest, Bratřikov in the west and Pěnčín and Huť in the northwest.
