Méailles is a French municipality with 115 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in the region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It belongs to the canton of Castellane in the arrondissement of Castellane . The inhabitants are the Méallais .

The neighboring municipalities are Thorame-Haute in the north-west, Castellet-lès-Sausses in the north-east, Le Fugeret in the south-east and Allons in the south-west. To the north is the Grotte du Trou-Madame . 815 hectares of the municipality mark are forested.
