The list of the team squads of the Four Nations Chess League 2007/08 contains all players who were used at least once in the Four Nations Chess League 2007/08 .
Betsson.com managed with 11 players, the Slough Sharks and the second team of the Barbican Chess Club let most players play at least one competition, namely 24. A total of 185 players were used, of which 30 participated in all competitions.
The best individual result was achieved by Susan Lalić (Guildford A&DC) with 9.5 points from 11 games, half a point less achieved her club colleague John Shaw . Guildford Daniel King achieved 8.5 points from 11 games . With Matthieu Cornette , James Plaskett (both Guildford A&DC), Iweta Rajlich , Richard Mycroft (both Cambridge University), Bernd Rechel , Paul Littlewood (both Wood Green), Natasha Regan and David Eggleston (both Barbican), 8 players achieved 100%, whereby Cornette played 4 games, Plaskett 3, Rajlich, Rechel, Regan and Eggleston 2 each, Littlewood and Mycroft one each.
The oldest player of the season was Michael Franklin (* 1931), who played for Richmond, and Megan Owens (* 1995), who played at Cambridge University, was the youngest player.

Victories without a fight are taken into account in the individual balance sheets, defeats without a fight are not taken into account.
A total of 20 players from the clubs Guildford A&DC and Barbican Chess Club were used in both the first and the second team. The results of these players are listed separately for each team.
Lorin D'Costa's IM norm results from the overall balance of the results from the first and second team.
Maxim Devereaux would also have achieved an IM standard, but was named IM before the end of the season in March 2008.
