The list of the team squads of the Four Nations Chess League 2011/12 contains all players who have been used at least once in the Four Nations Chess League 2011/12 .
The size of the team squad was not limited, so that only a part of the registered players was used. The Anglian Avengers got by with 11 players, the Guildford A&DC first team had most players play at least one competition, namely 23. A total of 236 players were used, of which 38 participated in all competitions.
The best individual result was achieved by Jonathan Speelman (Wood Green Hilsmark Kingfisher) with 9 points from 11 games. His club colleagues Nicholas Pert and Stephen Gordon as well as Michael White (Oxford), Richard Palliser (White Rose Chess) and Gediminas Šarakauskas (Guildford A&DC) achieved one point less , with Pert playing 9 games, White 10, Gordon, Palliser and Šarakauskas 11 each. With Michael Adams , Pia Cramling , Luke McShane , Juan Manuel Bellón López , Graham Lee (all Wood Green Hilsmark Kingfisher), Fiona Steil-Antoni (Cheddleton), Niki Varholakova (White Rose Chess), David Pritchard (The ADs), Michael Healey , Christopher Rawlinson and Jennifer Ehr (all Oxford) achieved 11 players 100%, with Adams playing 5 games, Cramling 3, Steil-Antoni and Varholakova 2 each, the other players named one each. Ehr won without a fight on her only mission.
The oldest player of the season was Sergej Salov (* 1940), who played for Bristol, and the youngest player was Isaac Sanders (* 1998), who played in the second team of the Barbican Chess Club.
