Mateusz Zbigniew Rudyk (born July 20, 1995 ) is a Polish cyclist who competes in track cycling .

Athletic career

Mateusz Rudyk is a specialist in the short-term disciplines on the track. In 2014 he first attracted international attention when he and Mateusz Lipa and Patryk Rajkowski became vice European champion in the team sprint in the U23 category. The following year, the three drivers were able to repeat this success at the U23 European Championships in 2015 . In 2016 Rudyk was two-time European champion, with Maciej Bielecki and Kamil Kuczyński at the European championships of the elite and both U23 European championships in sprint . He also became two-time Polish U23 champion in 2016.

In 2017 Rudyk won the title of Polish sprint champion. The following year, he first won the overall sprint ranking of the Track Cycling World Cup 2017/18 . At the world championship he was third in the sprint
