Mensengesäß (in the local dialect: Mensegesees) has been part of the Mömbris market in the Lower Franconian district of Aschaffenburg since January 1, 1972 .

Mensengesäß lies on the edge of the Spessart at 170  m above sea level. NN on the Kahl in the middle Kahlgrund . The place has 1122 inhabitants (as of 2013) . Mensengesäß is located between Hauenstein and Mömbris, which it borders. The village of Schimborn lies up the valley . In the district of cafeterias buttocks is the Hüttenberger chapel that the submerged village of Hüttenberg belonged. The Degen-Weg , the Franconian Marienweg and the Kahltal-Spessart-Radweg run through the Mensengesäß .
