The Municipio Colcha "K" is a district in the Potosí Department in the highlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

Location in the vicinity

The municipality Colcha "K" is one of two municipalities in the province of Nor Lípez and connects to the salt lake Salar de Uyuni in the south . It borders in the north on the province of Daniel Campos , in the west on the municipality of San Pedro de Quemes , in the southwest on the Republic of Chile , in the south on the province Sur Lípez and the province Enrique Baldivieso , in the southeast on the province Sur Chichas , and in the Northeast to the province of Antonio Quijarro . It extends for about 200 kilometers in both north-south and east-west directions.
