Mykulyntsi (Ukrainian Микулинці ; Russian Микулинцы / Mikulinzy , Polish Mikulińce ) is an urban-type settlement in Terebovlia Raion of Oblast Ternopil in western Ukraine , 12 kilometers northeast of the Rajonshauptstadt Terebovlia and 18 kilometers south of the Oblasthauptstadt Ternopil on the river Seret .
The settlement council community Mykulyntsi counted by 2015 the villages Volya , Konopkiwka and Krywky , on 12 August 2015, the village became the center of the newly established settlement community Mykulyntsi (Микулинецька селищна громада / Mykulynezka selyschtschna hromada ), this includes also the 6 villages Dworitschtschja (Дворіччя ), Konopkivka (Конопківка), Krywky (Кривки), Ladychyn , Sasdrist (Заздрість) and Volja (Воля).
history
The place was mentioned in writing for the first time in 1096 and initially belonged to the aristocratic republic of Poland-Lithuania (in the Ruthenian Voivodeship ), Magdeburg city rights were granted in 1758. From 1774 to 1918 he belonged, with an interruption 1810-1815, when he was a part of the Tarnopol district of Russia to be assigned had, under its Polish name Mikulińce to the Austrian crown land Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria and was from 1854 to 1867 the seat of a district administration , then the district was divided into the Trembowla and Tarnopol districts and a district court for the Tarnopol district was established in the village.
After the end of the First World War, the place became part of Poland (in the Tarnopol Voivodeship , Powiat Tarnopol), was occupied by the Soviet Union from 1939 to 1941 and then by Germany until 1944 , and was incorporated into the Galicia District .
After the end of the war the place was added to the Soviet Union , there the village came to the Ukrainian SSR and has been part of today's Ukraine since 1991. After the city charter granted in 1595 was revoked after the occupation by the Soviet Union in 1939, Mykulynzi was given the status of an urban-type settlement in January 1940 , at the same time the place was designated the district capital of the Mykulynzi district , which existed until its dissolution in 1962.
