Nuremberg funnel carnival society
The Nuremberg Trichter Karnevalsgesellschaft 1909 eV ( NTKG ) based in Nuremberg was founded on May 15, 1909. The name alludes to the famous Nuremberg funnel . It is the second oldest Nuremberg carnival society.
history
It was founded under the chairmanship of Hans Hofmann and President Wolfgang Wening. They have come together to uphold and promote down-to-earth humor in Nuremberg.
The Nürnberger Trichter Karnevalsgesellschaft 1909 eV is a member of the BDK Bund Deutscher Karneval, FVF the Fastnacht Verband Franken and the FAN Festival Committee Nürnberger Fastnacht eV, the umbrella organization of the Nuremberg carnival clubs.
In the mid-50s, the Nuremberg funnel was the first company with a guard and a men's ballet.
- In 1961, the funnel set up a female fanfare corps.
- In 1966 the traditional funneling ceremony was combined with the awarding of the Golden Nuremberg Funnel.
- Between 1978 and 1981 the Nuremberg artist Walter Ibscher created four bronze cast medals. All four medals were incorporated into the archive of the Germanisches Nationalmuseum.
- In 1992 the Funnel Show Company appeared on the stage for the first time.
- In 2009 a youth department was launched
- In 2012, the Nuremberg funnel presented the Child Prince Couple to Narrenberg Daniel ll & Fabienne l
- In 2014, the Nuremberg funnel provided the Narrenberg prince couple Norbert II & Anne I.
