NGC 7676 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E / S0 in the constellation Toucan on southern sky . It is estimated to be 146 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by John Herschel on October 28, 1834 .
