NGC 7700 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 / a in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 239 million light years from the Milky Way and about 90,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 7699 , NGC 7701 , NGC 7710 , IC 1501 .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on November 18, 1864 .
