NGC 7721 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Aquarius on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 94 million light-years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light-years across.
The Type Ia supernova SN 2007le was observed here.
The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on September 10, 1785 .
