NGC 7677 is a barred spiral galaxy with a high rate of star formation of the Hubble type SBbc in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 167 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter. Together with NGC 7673 , it forms the isolated galaxy pair KPG 584 .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on September 5, 1864 .
