Nicolas Pépé (born May 29, 1995 in Mantes-la-Jolie , France ) is an Ivorian football player . He is under contract with Arsenal FC and plays for the Ivorian national team .
Career

Born and raised in France as the son of Ivorian parents, Pépé played for Poitiers FC until 2013 and then moved to the second division SCO Angers . First he played for the reserve team and made his debut on November 21, 2014 (15th matchday) in a 1-1 away game against AC Ajaccio for the first team. The club rose to Ligue 1 at the end of the season . In the summer of 2015, Pépé was loaned to the third division club US Orléans ; for the central French he scored seven goals in 29 league games and thus contributed to the club's promotion to Ligue 2 .
