Career

society

Seiwald began his career at FC Red Bull Salzburg , where he was to play in the academy from 2015. In February 2019, he was against SV Horn for the first time in the squad of the second-class farm team from Salzburg, FC Liefering . In May 2019 he made his debut for Liefering in the 2nd division when he came on as a substitute for Rami Tekir in the 77th minute against WSG Wattens on matchday 28 of the 2018/19 season .

In May 2020, his contract with Salzburg was extended to May 2024. For the 2020/21 season, he moved up to the squad of the Bundesliga team.

National team

Seiwald played for an Austrian national youth team for the first time in October 2015. In August 2017 he made his debut against Finland for the U-17 team , for which he played nine games by March 2018.

In October 2018 he made his first appearance for the U-18 team against the Czech Republic .
