Enock Mwepu (born January 1, 1998 in Lusaka ) is a Zambian football player .

Career

societies

Mwepu started his career at Napsa Stars FC . In January 2017 he moved to Kafue Celtic FC . For the 2017/18 season he moved to the Austrian second division club FC Liefering , with whom he received a contract valid until June 2022.

In July 2017, he made his debut for Liefering in the second division when he was in the starting line-up against Kapfenberger SV on the first day of that season . In September 2017 he made his debut in the cup match against ASK-BSC Bruck / Leitha for FC Red Bull Salzburg when he came on for Christoph Leitgeb in the 63rd minute . In October 2017, he made his Bundesliga debut for Red Bull Salzburg when he was brought into the game for Amadou Haidara in the 76th minute against Wolfsberger AC on matchday ten .

National team

Mwepu took in 2017 with the Zambian U-20 team at the World Cup in part. He was used in every Zambian game. Zambia was eliminated from Italy in the quarter-finals . On September 2, 2017, he was substituted on in the 58th minute of the World Cup qualifier against Algeria , making his national team debut; he also scored the goal to make it 3-1 in the 88th minute.
