Oberpframmern is located in the Munich region in the foothills of the Alps about 14 km west of Grafing , 31 km north of Miesbach , 23 km southeast of the state capital Munich and 18 km from the district town of Ebersberg . It is twelve kilometers to the A 99 (interchanges Haar and Ottobrunn ) and around 50 km to Munich Airport . The nearest S-Bahn stations are in Zorneding, seven kilometers away, and Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, seven kilometers away .
