Ofenbach is a French deep house - duo from Paris consisting de from the two DJs and producers César Laurent hype and Dorian Lauduique. The musicians had their first commercial success in 2017 with the song Be Mine .
history
César Laurent de Rummel and Dorian Lauduique are childhood friends and have been making music together since the mid-2000s. Her roots are in rock and blues. From 2014 they became known as an electro-pop and house duo under the name of Ofenbach as a music producer and remixer for Bob Sinclar , Hyphen Hyphen and James Bay , among others .
They also did their own releases and had an international hit with the single Be Mine , released by Warner Music in 2016 . DJs like Robin Schulz and Tiësto drew attention to the song, and it entered the French download charts in late 2016. Abroad it was first successful in Eastern Europe and Russia, in the Czech Republic it reached number 1. In spring 2017, it also reached the official single charts of various countries in Western Europe. In Germany and Switzerland, among others, it achieved gold status with several hundred thousand units sold . The official YouTube video recorded around 77 million views in October 2017. They were nominated by DJ Mag for an award as Best New Talent . On September 29, 2017, the single Katchi was released, which was created in cooperation with Nick Waterhouse .
On April 12th, 2019 they released their first EP called Ofenbach , which collaborates with artists like The Bamboos, Tim Rogers, Portugal. The Man , Alexandre Joseph and Tyler Sjöström, as well as the already released single Paradise , which was produced with Benjamin Ingrosso .
