Oliver Daedlow (born June 29, 2000 in Neubrandenburg ) is a German soccer player . He is under contract with Hansa Rostock .

Career

Daedlow played at 1. FC Neubrandenburg 04 in his hometown until he was B-youth , before moving to Hansa Rostock , the largest club in the state , in 2016 . Here he played in his first year in the Bundesliga , from which the team had to be relegated as twelfth in the table at the end of the season. The midfielder was used in 14 of 22 games in which he also scored a goal. In the following two years, Daedlow then played as a regular player in the A youth regional league .

In November 2018, the robust midfielder was allowed to train for the first time under coach Pavel Dotchev with the professional team of the third division club . In the summer of 2019 he moved from the youth to the second team of the Ostseestädter in the upper league . After a metatarsal fracture had initially thrown him back, he was able to convince those responsible with a sporting performance in the further course of the season to take him to the winter training camp of the first team in Belek, Turkey , together with young player Michel Ulrich in January 2020 . As a result, coach Jens Härtel also called him several times in the team of the third division team . He received his first competitive game for the cog from Rostock on March 7, 2020 in the state cup of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania against SV Pastow. His third division debut, Daedlow was in the starting line-up, came two days after his 20th birthday on the penultimate matchday in a home game against KFC Uerdingen (1-0). In July 2020, the 20-year-old youngster decided on his first professional contract and the same for two years with FC Hansa.
