career

youth

Vollmann started playing football at his home club SC Kirchheim . In the F-Jugend he played at SpVgg Unterhaching , then at SV Pullach . In 2004 he joined the youth training center of TSV 1860 Munich , where he ran through the junior teams from the U12 onwards. In the 2010/11 season he played 25 times for the U19 of 1860 and scored three goals. He was also used in both semi-finals of the German A-Junior Championship; he marked the only goal for the lions, who were eliminated against 1. FC Kaiserslautern .

In preparation for the 2011/12 season , Vollmann was appointed by trainer Reiner Maurer, along with seven other A-youths, to the “promotional squad” for young professionals; he was the youngest player. On the first four match days of the Regionalliga , he was used for the second team (U23) . On August 23, he was used for the first time in the first team in a test match against SC Munich.

Shortly before the end of the summer transfer phase, he was awarded to the third-class SpVgg Unterhaching until the end of the current season . At the same time, he extended his contract with 1860 Munich until 2013. On September 14, 2011, he came to Unterhaching for his first appearance in professional football. In total, he ran 13 times for SpVgg, scoring one goal. He also played once for the Unterhachinger second team in the Bayern League . After disagreements with professional coach Heiko Herrlich , from February 2012 he only played for the U19 of the SpVgg in the A-Juniors-Bundesliga. There he scored two goals in a total of ten games.

In the summer of 2012 he returned to 1860 and was nominally reassigned to the second division squad, but was not part of the 18-man squad in any second division game. He played 27 times for the second team, which now competed as U21 in the new Regionalliga Bayern , scored four goals and prepared ten more. After the U21 champions of the Bavarian regional league, Vollmann also played in both promotion games against SV Elversberg , in which the Saarlanders prevailed.

In the Bayern Regional Football League 2013/14 he scored seven goals in 24 games. In the following season 2014/15 he was mostly used for the full length of the first 20 games in the Regionalliga, he was only substituted once. In these games he scored 14 goals and was sometimes team captain . From the beginning of November 2014, he again took part in training for the second division team. On November 22, 2014, he was part of the squad for a competitive game for the first time and was substituted on in the victory at Union Berlin . Vollmann scored his first competitive goal for the first team of the Löwen on March 13, 2015 in a 3-0 away win against SpVgg Greuther Fürth , when he brought his team to the interim 2-0 lead in the 65th minute of the game.

In January 2016, Vollmann moved to SV Sandhausen . There he signed a contract until summer 2017, which he extended by two years in May 2017 with an option for another. Since this was not drawn, Vollmann left the SVS at the end of the 2018/19 season and joined the third division club F.C. Hansa Rostock , with whom he received a contract valid until June 2021.

In Rostock, Vollmann made his starting line-up debut on the first matchday of the 2019/20 season in the home game against Viktoria Köln (3: 3). In the course of the season he brought out another 30 missions for the cog in which he hit the opponent's goal twice. Hansa coach Jens Härtel also used him in the DFB Cup match against the second division and later promoted VfB Stuttgart (0: 1), as well as five times in the Lübzer Pils Cup , which was finally won 3: 0 against Torgelow FC Greif . Korbinian Vollmann scored twice in the final game and decided the game with his 2-0 and 3-0 and became the national cup winner.
