Bentley Baxter "Bax" Bahn (born August 28, 1992 in Hamburg ) is a German football player . The offensive midfielder is under contract with Hansa Rostock .

Career

Bahn began his career at SG Elbdeich . He then played for Hamburger SV for 13 years . From 2010 he was there for the second team in the Regionalliga Nord . After his contract expired, he was signed by FC St. Pauli in November 2013 , where he initially played in the second team . On August 2, 2014, the first matchday of the 2014/15 season , he made his debut in the 2nd Bundesliga in a 1-1 draw against FC Ingolstadt 04 .

For the second half of the 2014/15 season , Bahn moved to the third division to the Stuttgarter Kickers , with whom he signed a contract that ran until June 30, 2017. On April 4, 2015, he scored his first competitive goal in professional football in a 2-0 home win against Borussia Dortmund II . After the 2015/16 season , he was relegated to the Southwest Regionalliga with the club .

For the 2016/17 season , Bahn moved to third division club FSV Frankfurt , with whom he signed a two-year contract. At the end of the season he rose with the team in the Regionalliga Südwest and left the club. On September 6, 2017, he joined the third division club FSV Zwickau and signed a contract until June 30, 2018.

For the 2018/19 season, Bahn switched to league rivals Halleschen FC . Here he quickly became a regular player and link between defensive and offensive and only missed a league game. With 8 goals and 13 assists, the man from Hamburg was the best scorer of the team, with whom he had long played for promotion as fourth in the table. In the following year, "Bax" was regularly used in varying midfield positions, but played with Halle after a good first half in the back series only to stay up. Bahn rejected an offer to extend the contract made after the end of the season.

Before the 2020/21 season he signed a two-year contract with third division club Hansa Rostock . For the North Germans , "Bax" made its debut on August 16, 2020 in the semi-final game of the Lübzer Pils Cup 2019/20 , which due to the corona pandemic will not be played to the end until August 2020 - and not as originally planned and intended in May 2020 could.
