In connection with the same conflict, there were also several arson attacks on cars and threats from Kurdish rivals in November 2016 in Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart . Proximity to the Turkish government

The journalist Jürgen Roth wrote in 2016 that the Ottomans Germania not only have contact with the right-wing extremist Gray Wolves but also have close contacts with the Turkish ruling party AKP .

The North Rhine-Westphalian state government assumes that the rocker group will collaborate with Turkish security authorities. Interior Minister Herbert Reul ( CDU ) stated in a report for the meeting of the Landtag interior committee on October 19, 2017 that the Turkish authorities "rated the activities of the Ottomans Germania BC in Germany as a 'fight against terrorism' - i.e. against the Kurdistan Workers' Party ( PKK), directed left-wing extremist Turks and the Gülen movement - and […] supported ”. In addition, there are "contacts between the leaders of the Ottomans Germania and representatives of the AKP as well as advisers to President Erdogan ".
